Override Graphics in Revit with Grasshopper

What it does:

This Grasshopper script runs inside Revit directly from the Rhino.Inside Ribbon in Revit.

The script includes a workflow that opens a window with several options that allow the user to see all visible categories in the view. For the selected categories, it is possible to choose the Property according to which you want to group objects by color, modify the transparency, or hide the objects completely from view. In case when the Type is selected, it is possible to access also the properties inside the type, for instance in the case of Walls, if you write Type-Width, the width inside the type is read, or Type-Default Thickness for floors considers the thickness property.

The script runs through the HumanUI interface which can be run directly as Grasshopper Player, without opening the Grasshopper script.

The plugins needed for the script are:

• Rhino.Inside.Revit
• HumanUI

Possible bug fixes of the script will be available for the current customers without any additional charge.

The script is created for Revit 2024 and Rhino 7. For the users of any older Revit version, during the opening of the script, the path of the libraries should be updated to the corresponding version.
